ICL is a global enterprise, which operates mainly in the fields of fertilizers and specialty chemicals. As part of the Company’s efforts to improve its business management and processes, commencing May 1, 2016, the Company operates via two divisions: the Essential Minerals Division and the Specialty Solutions Division.

Essential Minerals Division

This division includes the ICL Potash & Magnesium, ICL Specialty Fertilizers and ICL Phosphate business units. The division focuses on efficiency, process innovation and operational excellence.

Specialty Solutions Division

This division includes three business units: ICL Industrial Products, ICL Advanced Additives and ICL Food Specialties.
